Fastest Way To Lose Belly Fat
You have to starve yourself to lose belly fat. Wrong! Starving yourself is a great way to burn muscle, not fat. When you use a low calorie diet you are telling your body to go into “starvation mode” which means you’ll actually be holding on to fat while you burn your muscle for survival. This is the worst of both worls. Starvation (low calorie) diets always end up badly. It’s the wrong choice. Yes you do need to watch what you eat if you are going to lose belly fat. But you should be using a fat burning diet, not a low calorie diet. You’ll learn more about that below.
There are special abdominal exercises you can do to lose belly fat faster. Wrong! This is just flat out not true. Crunches, sit-ups and other abdominal exercises are very ineffective ways of burning calories and for building muscle. That means they are very ineffective ways of losing belly fat.
You have to take special diet pills to lose belly fat. Wrong! Sure the diet pill companies would love you to believe this one, but it’s pure nonsense. There is no magical pill for losing belly fat or any other kind of fat. Skip the diet pills. You are wasting your money and your time when you buy them.

Now that we’ve got out of the way what doesn’t work. What does work? A combination of a fat burning diet, cardio, and strength training. These things will help you to lower your body fat percentage which is the only real way you can get rid of your belly.
