Hi, in this video I show you two leg exercises to workout and tone your inner and outer thighs as well as your hamstrings and quadriceps (quads). The thigh and butt area is always a difficult spot for women to keep slim and toned, but with proper and consistent exercise you can see wonderful results including minimizing appearance of cellulite.
