How do i lose tummy fat and back fat?
i have a lot of fat and rolls in my tummy area or stomach and on my back. how can i c results in 2 weeks without a specified diet or running. i am also nto in good shape. i think some toning would be good, maybe some crunches and push uups. help me a.s.a.p.
Eat healthy and work out alot. Plus, you cannot spot burn fat, meaning you lose layers of fat off your body not just a portion of fat off a specific spot on your body, it doesnt work that way. Eat lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains, vitamins, and minerals. PROTIEN HELPS BUILD MUSCULE so have lots of that. Also, dont look at the scale because it'll say that you gained weight, which you did, because muscule weighs more than fat. You should just look in the mirror and see if you look more toned and look less flabby. LOL.
HOPE THIS HELPED! (Feel free to email me if you need help!) :]

unfortunately, there's no way to "spot train", which just means that you can't lose fat from just one or 2 body parts. cardio will help you lose fat, but that doesn't guarantee that you'll lose it all from those areas, or even first…

Well honestly, you really do need to diet and exercise for it to work that fast. I mean, even without dieting, tyou'll be toning up your muscles by exercising, but you won't be losing that fat as quickly as if you were to diet as well. You don't need to go on a super diet, but a good diet, consisting of small proportions of food, salads, atleast 3 to 4 glasses of water a day, and eat a little big off of the food pyramid you'll be fine. Cut back on snacks and sweets. If you're thirsty try to drink water or milk, if you're hungry for a snack try salad, fruit, or even a small sandwhich instead of bags of chips.
Certain crunches are good, as well as situps. If you search google for "weight loss workouts" [videos] You can find some good videos of workouts to do right at your home!
So i hope that helps you out. Just keep a tight schedule of exercise, not so many sugar or fattening foods.
But; its going to be very difficult to accomplish so much in just two weeks, you NEED to pace yourself!
Take care,
xx

How can you see results in 2 weeks without a diet and without running? You can't.
Hit the treadmill and start eating less and healthier. And you won't see results in 2 weeks; it'll take longer than that.
And crunches won't do anything for you. The only thing that makes fat burn off is diet and cardio exercise.
