How much cardio should i do a day to lose belly fat.?

Hi,
I need to lose about 8 kilos(17lbs) of belly fat. I want to lose i fast, by that i mean in about 2 and a half weeks. I already did 30 minutes on the exercise bike this morning and was sweating like a dog. How much more should i do tonight..

Sorry, my bad, i actually want to lose it in 2 and a half months, i accidentally write weeks.

You shouldn’t overtrain. You should lower your calories and exercise every other day or maybe even less if you’re getting worn down. At the absolute fastest, the body can only burn about 2 pounds a week; anything more is water or muscle.

    You can’t lose 8 kilograms in 2 and a half weeks. Its too unhealthy. 8 Kilos should take from 6-12 weeks.

    And to start with 30 mins is good, try working up to 60 mins a day once you get stronger and fitter.

    But let me just say now that you will never lose 17lbs of fat in 2 weeks, its just not possible. 2-3 months is more like it to lose 17lbs. best you can hope for in 2 weeks is about 3-5lbs. If you lose more than 2-3lbs a week, your losing more than fat (muscle, water weight..)
