whats an effective exercise to get six pack abs ….?


the best way that i know is actually through an good cardio training in order to get rid of that extra body fat and the next thing you want to do is the right exercise…

    First, look in your refrigerator. Then, throw out all your junk food.

    Once you’ve done that…hanging leg raises, russian twists, front and side planks, weighted crunches/situps, flutter kicks, and bicycles.

    tons of exercises. planks, swim kicks, bicycle kicks, sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, hanging leg lifts, etc. they all work different parts

    When I was a kid in high school, I used to do sit-ups.
    I did them the old fashion way. All the way up and all the way down!
    Ugggh!
    Now I do simple crunches. If I could give you some advice, specifically for six pack abs, I
    recommend going over to this website that specializes in ABS. It worked for me, might work
    for you. I do yoga along with ab excercises.
