Does the truth about abs system work?

Can’t speak to that particular system, but I can tell you how to get visible defined abs, if that’s what you’re asking.
1: Abs are part of the sheath around your core that keep your organs from falling out and let you stand up.
2: Abs are covered by skin and fat. If you want to see your abs, you have to make the skin and fat thinner. Dehydration and losing fat are the options here.
Bodybuilders who pose at contests are dehydrated, and only look like that for 1/2 hour to 2 hours max. Yes, they time their dehydration to when they’ll be posing on stage. Yes, bodybuilders have lost purely because they peaked too soon, and passed out before their turn. And also many, many have peaked too late, after the competition.
The point? you aren’t going to look like that. The winners never look like that, except for a few hours every few months.
Now, you can still look very, very good. Ab exersizes bulk the abs a bit, fat reductions let you see what’s there, and different directions of exersize build the abs in different areas, so all of them look bigger.
