workout and exercise’s that can get rid of love handles?

I used to be 20 lbs heavier than I am today and I lost most of my tummy weight but now i have really big love handles and backside that makes me look unproportioned and wide. I need some exercises i can use to help me. Thanks!

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.

What’s a good workout to get rid of love handles?

I’m looking for a good exercise that I can do to get rid of love handles. I’m not asking for anything cardio cause I’m already doing that. Preferably something that would tighten the muscles in that area… or maybe even just lower back muscles in general..

Keep in mind I’m a girl so I’m not trying to look like a body builder, just trying to tone everything.

What are good workouts to get a flat stomach? More workouts for love handles? And workouts for arms?

There are many different workouts that can be found on youtube, but any workout you do because you want ppl to notice your muscles or level of fitness will be in vein if you do not do cardio. Workouts build strength and muscles, and many people believe this is how they get that ripped, sexy body they long to have. WRONG. Workouts are only half the battle. In order to make your muscles seen, you must lower your body fat %. fat is what covers your muscle. You can lower your body fat % by doing cardio workouts such as swimming, running, team sports, ect., and eating healthy foods.
