How long will it take to loose my love handles?
Wednesday, July 14th, 2010I am 20, 143 lbs, and 5′4. I had a baby six months ago so I have quite a bit of extra tummy fat and large love handles. How long will it take to loose my love handles and tummy fat if I am doing 40 minutes of cardio and 50 side crutches, on each side, to strengthen my obliques?
I have to frank and suggest that you reduce the amount of time spent on cardio. You’ll need to spend more time on strength building exercises. Although the side crunches are good. They aren’t the most effective. And that’s what you want, the most effective exercises so you can lose those love handles as quickly as possible. what is the fastest way to lose love handles?
Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010I’m going to be a brides maid soon, in about a month and 2 weeks, and i would like to lose my love handles. They are not huge, but noticeable, and i was wondering what i should do that wont take up too much of my time. Other then those i don’t have much weight problems, and would like to focus solely on them, what is the fastest exercise i can do to get rid of them fast?
you just need a simple diet and exercise plan! stock up on fruits and vegetables– those have very few calories and DO taste good!
Drink water instead of soda or juice. Try to eat whole wheat and potatoes. Those will keep your hunger at bay and not make you crave foods. Oh! But if you DO find yourself craving foods, have a small portion of it, don’t try to avoid it completely, because the craving will only get stronger. make sure to pay attention to portion sizes too. it helps if you portion it out into a bowl that way you don’t find your self eating too much at once. or even portion out your snacks a week in advance so you don’t over eat. also you could record what you eat in a journal. calculate the total number of calories you eat per day and determine if there is any junk you can cut out. this is what counting calories is. to lose weight you might want to eat around 1500-2000 calories per day if you don’t know how many calories are in a food try this website:

it will let you search through to find foods and the calories in them. eating low calorie meals with LOTS of exercise will help you lose weight! aerobic exercise such as running, swimming, biking, or gymnastics is a great way to loose weight as well! good luck to you!
remember: to lose weight you need to have a good diet AND exercise program having only one will not do you as much good as having both!

How to get rid of love handles and belly fat?
Wednesday, May 19th, 2010Okay I have a problem. Im only 16 and i have love handles. My belly is that bad looking but i am willing to lose belly fat in order for my love handles to go away. I have read articles but none are helpful at all… I just want my love handles gone.. Help me please give me tips.
