Whats the fastest way to lose belly fat at the gym?

Hello, I really want to lose belly fat before summer starts or the start of summer.
I have been doing cardio on the treadmill, Eliptical and lifting weights and ab crunches with weights.
Does anyone have any tips on how can i lose belly fat more effectivelly at the gym?

Exercising your core, like with crunches, hanging leg raises and reverse extensions, will help you LOOK slimmer and help you keep a better posture which really helps with your appearance.

But as far as actually losing belly fat, you can;t spot reduce. You have to lose fat in general and some of that fat will come off your belly.

To lose fat, you want a combination of aerobic (elliptical, treadmill, etc) and weight lifting. When you increase muscle mass, especially in your legs, you increase your metabolism because muscle burns calories even when you aren’t active.

If you are concerned about losing some in the chest while losing weight,, you might want to do a lot of chest exercises like flies and presses.

The rule of thumb in Weight lifting is that if you want to build mass, you want to have the weight high enough that you can only do 8 or 12 reps ( 3 sets each, approx)
If you just want to tone, have the weight light enough that you can do more than 12, but not more than 20.

Please no acai berry. I am trying to do this by 3 weeks. I am not fat but i need to lose that belly fat for the six pack to show. I highly will appreciate your help :]

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

my legs and arms are REALLY skinny, but for some reason, i have belly fat, and lots of it.
how could i boost my metabolism?
and what are some tips that are easy, and not time consuming? i study a lot for school so i dont have much time to exercise, so any dieting tips?

oh and i wanna lose my fat before or during May

People store fat in different areas. I’m like you, I have skinny arms & great legs, but whenever I gain weight it’s ALWAYS in my belly. Here’s what you do. You have to burn the fat on top of the muscle to see results; crunches and other ab exercises alone won’t work. Diet and cardio are your best bets for a flat belly in less time.

Eat a low-cal diet. Eat more fiber rich foods, as these will help you stay full & will also get rid of bloating that makes your waist look pudgy. Same goes for yogurt, it’s proven to reduce belly bloating as well as help you to burn fat faster.

Find a cardio exercise that you like. My favorite one to burn calories and tone abs is actually hula hooping. Hula hooping burns more calories than running, gets the heart working harder and tones your abs, especially your love handles. ;)

How can I lose belly fat, thigh fat and arm fat from exercising but not involving an equipment?

Basically I have a lot of extra time and i want to lose all this fat i have on my amrs, thighs and belly but i dont want to diet crazy and i dont want to pay a lot. Anyone have good training ideas and tips? Somethng you can easily do at home without any type of equipment.
