How to go from flat stomach to six pack abs in two weeks?

Thursday, July 29th, 2010

Dont ask why, and i wouldn’t really call it a flat stomach just really "low def" abs and i want them to be way more defined and by the third of august when i leave for a trip. I drink whole milk and eat alot of meat(Does the whole milk hurt or help, please answer that too), so until i leave in two weeks and probably thereafter what should my daily excersize routine be to get the six pack? Please help

Ok, the whole milk does NOT hurt but it’s not any better for you but keep eating meat. You may want to switch any greasy foods to pretzels, they are both filling and good for you, and if you eat out a lot, you have to quit that! One small meal at say, McDonald’s, is half your daily dose. Speaking of which, 2,000 calorie a day doesn’t apply to guys. You all should eat about 2800 especially if you are aiming at increasing muscles mass. Ok so now for the exercise, basic sit-ups are a good base. For targeting abs…..you could also try the forearm pose where you position all your weight in your forearms and keep your back straight. If you are holding yourself up by you stomach muscles, then you are doing this correctly. If it’s not much of a challenge, you could have someone put weight on your back. Do this for 50 seconds, take a 10 second break. Do this consecutively for about 10 minutes. 10 Minutes a day, for only right at two weeks. This workout targets every angle of your abs so this is really all you need to do. Well, get to it! Good luck and make sure you are breathing and having fun with it! Get some running in while you’re at it and it’s HOTT so make sure you stay hydrated! Toodloo!

best way to get six pack abs?

Friday, July 23rd, 2010

is better to lose all the fat you want and then tone ur abs? or to lose fat while toning them?
eg do all cardio and after losing fat do strictly crunches and situps OR do cardio and ab workouts at the same time?

Basically you may have a 6 pack but the fat is blocking it.
Try running in a mirror if you see an outline of a 6 pack "wobble" up and down that basically means your fat.

The best/only way to get a 6 pack is to lose the fat (CARDIO – Running/Swimming/Tennis – Stuff that gets your heart going) and then doing some crunches/situps/weights

I do a combination of both. Using weights to lose fat is also recommended so you dont need to do one, then another. It is healthy and a good idea to do both at the same time.

Good luck!

What foods are not suitable if trying to get six pack abs at 14?

Tuesday, July 20th, 2010

I am 14 and I am starting to see my six pack abs but I need to know what foods are not suitable whilst trying to get six packs. Please help me because do not want to eat the wrong foods and not get six packs.

Make sure your taking in at least half a gram of protein per pound of body mass. As well avoid foods with high amounts of fat like candy and such. Eat fruits, lean meat, and carbs like pasta (in moderation, afterall your muscles still need energy which carbs provide).

Focus on exercises like bicycle crunches, Mason Twists, and leg lifts.
For a 6 pack (or even an 8 pack if your devoted enough) you need to do timed sets of exercises consisting on reps of 25 at a rapid pace to keep the muscles in a swollen state.

How much weight should a young man, of about 17, have to weight in order to get a six pack abs?

Sunday, July 11th, 2010

I am trying to get a six pack abs but my question is the one above..
Currently I weight 150 pounds, I am 1.66 height and I am between 16 and 17 years old, so what do you think should be right for me?

Thank You folks.

To get abs your bmi should be below 10. It is hard to tell how much you should weight because it depends wether you have lots of muscle or no.

How can I get six pack abs?

Saturday, June 19th, 2010

I’m a 17 year old guy. I weigh 150 pounds (72 kg) and am 6 feet tall. I play tennis and train year round and i even tried going on runs and stuff like that but no matter what i try i can’t get a six pack. I even tried the do a crazy amount of sit-ups daily. You can kinda see the abs but i’m trying to get the fully defined ones. I eat relatively healthy (no red meat what-so-ever) so even diet tips would help.

Seems like for the most part you’re on track. A six pack is just muscle, so continue to build muscle while keeping off fat. Sit ups are a good ab workout, but you need more exercises as well. Try adding squats and leg lifts into your workout. As for your diet, keep off fatty foods, but provide you body with protein to maintain muscle growth. Also, remember to be patient and give it time, your six pack will show up after a few weeks.

Is is necessary to do intense workout for six pack abs?

Wednesday, June 16th, 2010

i already have 4 pack abs, how much time do i need to get six pack abs?

it is not necessary to have an intense work out to get six pack but what you need is a schedule and you will have to stick to that schedule.

for example: PLAN A: 100 crunches
50 pull ups
50 push ups
100 leg lifts
and you do PLAN A on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
PLAN B: biking for 1 hour
running 1 hour
walking 1 hour
and you do PLAN B on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

Sunday is free for you

i hope that helped and good luck getting a six pack
