How do i get a six pack set of abs?

I am a 16 year old male and have a lot of belly fat. I want pecks and a six pack. Do I need to loose the belly fat first or can I start ab building exercises already? Somebody told me that I have to rotate exercises because ab muscles get used to the same exercise, is that true? What kind of exercises should I do? Thanks in advance.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

six pack abs in 3 weeks?

Is it possible?…im 14, have lots of natural muscle, weigh 150, kinda skinny but athletic build and 8th grade graduation is in a few weeks which means beach, pool parties and summer. How can i lose some pounds and get a six pack? i also wanna build up my arms so give me all the info i need please, thanks(:

Uh, that doesn’t happen overnight. In several months, yeah. Even in someone your age who can put muscle on fast due to youthfulness, it still takes months of weightlifting and doing it correctly to really start noticing a difference. 80% of guys who try to lift weights don’t know what they’re doing, unfortunately, and their results are often delayed or much less than they hoped.

Well it’s more complicated that that.
In three weeks you should be able to see some improvement,but i’m afraid that i takes up to 2 months to see significant results.
You’ll need to work hard and don’t give up if it becomes to tough for you.
