How can I get a six pack?

Tuesday, May 11th, 2010

ok, i have a problem. I cannot get a six pack, and i have been doing a abdominal exercises a lot for a bout 2 months now. I am not overweight, i am 14, 5 foot 9 inches, and weigh about 135 pounds. I am fairly muscular. When i flex, i see 4/6 abs, What are the best exercises to work my lower 2 abs? What can I eat to help get my abs faster? how can i make my abs more defined? BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, how do i get a six pack when i have a relaxed stomach, and not flexing?
Thank you for your time and effort.
Ps. What would i have to do to get my abs in a month and a half/ 2 months?

proper diet and exercise is always he answer. what do eat? protein, veggies, and more protein. That believe it or not is the hard part, the workouts are easy. You do not need, and in fact should not work abs every day. Every other day is sufficient. There are a lot of workouts to do for lower abs and among the best i have found are V ups, balancing on your buttox with abs flexed and torso and legs above the ground, planks, and froggys.

Best exercises to make abs pop out for a six pack?

Monday, March 29th, 2010

I want to get my abs to start popping out but I want to know what exercises are best for this? I am not trying to pack muscle onto my abs because that will make my stomach bigger, I just want to cut down my waist line and get my abs to show through
more…. I’ve heard isometric isolation is the best way, what does this mean and is that the best way? Thanks

start off with 600 sit-ups a day and then after a week increase and go to 700

Ab Workouts 4 beginners? I find it slightly difficult to target my abs when doing crunches etc.?

Thursday, March 25th, 2010

I find it hard to target my abs as it is easy to use ones back, im quite fit and because im so skinny i have a "six pack" what exercises are best for beginners to tone etc. Also its more like a 5 and a half pack my upper right ab is somewhat smaller than my upper left, why? and how do i even it out lol??

V-ups are very good. they are kind of like sit ups. you lay on your back and lift your legs and your back at the same time. you go up and try to touch your toes but if you cant thats totally fine thats just what your reaching for. so when you lift your legs and back only your bottom is on the ground. it is a great work out for all of your abs.

Getting a more built six pack and nice size biceps.?

Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010

I’m currently 17 years old. I’m about 6′0" and weight about 120-135. Since i’m very skinny it’s always looked like I have a six pack (even though I don’t work out). However, now i’m ready to work out and i’m looking to make my six pack a bit more visible and i’d also like to work on my biceps.

What’s the best exercises for someone like myself to increase the visibility on my abs and increase the size of my biceps?

athome,

its going to be difficult to achieve both at the same time. You see, the body usually wants to go in one direction, either gaining weight or losing fat.
To see your abs better you need to lose more bodyfat. Notice I didn’t say weight, I said fat.
To increase the size of your muscles you have eat more and lift heavy weights.
It would be my recommendation to ‘bulk up’ and watch your fat closely and then when you get the biceps you want, go on a fat loss phase.

Cheers
