Go to Barnes and Noble and find a book called "Abs Guide 2008". It’s a Men’s Health magazine publication.
In this publication there are many different exercises to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles and burn fat.
Men actually have an 8 pack. It’s just that those last two muscles are usually missed. So a 6 pack is just a myth. You have more muscles than that.
And you don’t need to go to a gym for of these exercises. You can do them at home.
Good luck!

Why won’t your parents let you work out? It’s a part of growing up.
Join a team at school or go to workouts or take a weight training class.
There should be plenty of opportunities at school.
But if you can’t, ask your parents to help you and maybe supervise you until you get the hang of using everything correctly.
Good luck. And try Livestrong.com .
They have great work-out videos and diet plans for gaining muscle, plus you can track your activity daily to see your progress.

Well, you really arn’t going to get the best chest if you
arn’t aloud to go to a gym. Unless you go for steriods, BUT DON’T. It’s not safe! Just do what your doing. Drink more water. Oh and if a person that lives around you likes to run. Then run with them it will build your legs and your arms, and your chest. You need to go for like 5 pounders and exercise with those. Do chinups. My brothers and dad are very MUSCLAR so sometimes I work with them they tell me all there secrets. I hope I helped. Thanks. Oh add me..

Six pack abs come from low body fat percentage. Find out your body fat percentage and reduce it to below 7%. That’s what you’re shooting for. Working out will only make the muscles larger but the biggest part of the ’six pack abs’ is having a low body fat percentage. You don’t actually need a gym membership. You can build a lot of muscle using your own body weight which is what the military does in basic training. You can do pull-ups on a tree or a bar using your own body weight, push-ups, dips and sit-ups all use these same principles. Good luck.
