Mike Geary Truth About Abs Program – Really Work?

Have someone used Mike Geary’s Truth About Abs Program and know if it really work? I read about this program in different websites and want to try it but wonder if its worth the money or not.
If someone here tried it please let me know if you found the Mike Geary’s Truth About Abs Program to be useful.

In my opinion the Truth About Abs is a great program and I believe that any man or woman who is interested in being and looking healthy and fit will find a great deal of valuable information in this program, both in the form of dietary guidelines and in the form of fitness routines and exercises. I learned a lot since I first used this program and I trust that you will too. In fact, it can even save you a lot of money because it cuts through much of the marketing nonesense which is common in the fitness market (bogus pills, useless abs machines, and more). I know that it stopped me from buying a lot of useless stuff.

What I really liked best about this program is the active support of the creator of this program, Mike Geary. Every email I sent him with questions was answered within 1-2 days. The answers were complete and the service excellent.

However, I must say that this program isn’t for everyone: if you’re not prepared to alter your eating habits, do intensive workouts, and actively strive to improve your physical condition, don’t use this program. This is a program for serious people. If you’re the sort of person who believes that you can get flat abs without working hard, then go ahead and buy another useless gadget which will end up accumulating dust in you garage. If you are willing to invest in yourself, Truth About Abs is the program for you.

What time is the best time to workout?

What time of the day is usually recommended to do exercises to get the best possible results?
(Currently working on abdominals and arms)

the morning is the best. so that you use your muscles through out the day after working out. But make sure you work out all muscle groups and rotate them so that each muscle ISN’T getting worked every day.

its common knowledge that lifting weights everyday is bad, but what about abs?

My mom’s been a personal trainer for about 20 years. It is ideal to rest 1 day between workouts. Your body needs to recover. The workouts will not be as effective if you do not take the one day rest.

how do i get six pack abs?

i have been working on ab excercises at the gym i was wondering nothing is showing and i dont feel like im getting results.

it depends entirely upon your body fat % as the lower that is the better the abs will show especially if once you have used diet/cardio to melt it off – chisel them out using a dumb bell on your chest while performing isolation crunches and don’t forget to FEEL the deep burn…

How can I wear this crop top?

I have just bought a crop top like this one except its royal blue, it was a bargain so I didn’t really think twice. I know crop tops are supposed to be big this summer but I’m not really sure how to wear them without looking well…trampy. It isn’t very low cut so not a lot is on show up there. I’m 5ft 5 and slight in build, totally flat and toned stomach. Thanks for any help :]

How can I get a flat stomach without having to go to the gym?

I want to know a REAL way to lose that lower belly fat, and not just a fake weight-loss plan. If I need to diet, what do I eat? What do I avoid eating? If I need to exercise, what exercises do I do? Please please help, I’ve been trying to get a flat stomach for a long time now, and the only time I have one is when I first wake up in the morning and I haven’t eaten breakfast yet. ):
Oh and just fyi: I am a teen, 5′6, 123 lbs. I know you’re probably thinking I shouldn’t be worrying about it since I am so young, but I’m just worried that if I don’t solve my weight problems now, it might be even worse in the future, and by then it might be too late. Thank you in advance!

The best way I have found to have a flat stomach is to walk and while you are walking forcibly ‘hold’ your stomach in! That make the stomach muscles very strong & gives the appearance of a flat stomach!**
