what effective abs exercises is the best without hurting my back?
Tuesday, November 24th, 2009everytime i try the cruch exercise i end up hurting my back than feeling the pain on my stomach area. i am currently trying the plank and leg raise but it still hurts my back, any suggestions? i am a 5′5 tall and 52 kg. thanks,
The reason why you’re hurting your back is because your using the wrong muscles in your body. Which means you need to first start off doing more cardio and then getting into heavier exercises. Don’t worry, alot of cardio works out your abs so you’re in luck!
