1. Eat about 6 small complete meals throughout the day (Grains, protein, fruits, vegetables) spaced out about every 2-3 hours. DO NOT BINGE EAT!
2. Be as active as you can. Nothing to do for 10 minutes? Knockout 10 elevated push ups.
3. Eat some spicy foods, take a lot of vitamin C, and drink between a half gallon and a whole gallon of WATER a day.
4. No more soda. Ever.
5. If you do drink coffee, drink it black.
6. Do at least 35 minutes of cardio straight at least once a day, at least three times a week, more if you are not trying to put on muscle.
7. Do a large amount of full body exercises whenever possible (Pull-ups, Chin ups, dips, squats, power cleans)
8. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night, but no more then 9.
9. Avoid anything deepfried, white bread, sprinkles, and any refined sugar.

Any particular workouts? Looking for triceps, abdominals, pecks, shoulders, ect.
Pull-ups.
Great for tri-ceps, shoulders, abs…, tend to be a high-weight/low-rep workout… recovery time is quick and it is a natural movement as our hunter-gatherer forefathers probably had to be good at climbing trees to get out of the way of hungry tigers and bears.

I’d preferably would like an answer from someone with their lower abs, but all answers are welcome!
Build lower ab workouts into your exercise routine so that you end up concentrating on the area about three times a week. One of the reasons that people have so much trouble with the lower abs is simply that they don’t work them enough. Make sure you pay attention to the lower abs on a regular basis to start the process of getting them into shape.
Do a diverse range of exercises. The lower abs are made up of more than one muscle, so it’s important to attack them from all different angles. Generally, any lower ab exercise has its standard form in which the range of motion is straight along the body. To strengthen all areas of the lower abs, exercises should be routinely modified by adding an "angle of attack" to both the right and left side. For instance, if you do leg raises, make sure you add a set where you bring your legs up to the right of your torso and then a set to the left of your torso to target all lower ab muscles.
Obey the general principle of muscle equality. This means that when you work one set of muscles, you should also work the set of muscles that is complementary to it. In the case of lower abs, be sure to do a set of back and lower back exercises to counter the pull that the tightens of your abs creates. This will help keep your body straight and in-line so you can continue to make progress.

Me and my friend are in a competition, please answer truthfully:)
We can’t choose both?
If I had to choose one of those I’d go with the built up arms. I feel more safe and secure being held in the arms of a man with strong arms.

I’m a 15 year old male, and I would like to get rid of a bit of the fat on my stomach. I don’t have access to any fancy equipment, nor shall I ever. Also what kind of foods can I eat to help?
Walking is great for burning off belly fat. Do sit-ups. Push-ups.
Make sure to eat whole grain foods. You want to eat complex carbs.
Also, pretend like you hulaing, like with a hula hupe. Do it in each direction for 10 minutes. I’ve been doing with for a couple months now, and I’m starting to see a 4 pack… working on getting that lower two to show.

I’m trying to get 6-pack abs by Christmas (10 weeks). At the moment I am doing around 400 crunches on my couch per day, plus other stomach exercises like the plank. I eat healthily and have very little fat in my diet. I am slim and have fairly hard abs but what I’m looking for is the 6-pack definition. Will I manage it or is there more I need to do, such as change my diet or doing cardio exercises??
I do my crunches in sets of 100, with 15-minute rests between each set
Hi,
I used to have the fattest stomach. I found out that what I needed was both training strategies and nutritional strategies in order to reduce belly fat fast, but not just one or the other.
I have found that the exercise techniques that you use are of paramount importance for getting a flat stomach fast, because some exercise techniques are far more effective than other techniques. It is also my experience that the types of foods that you eat really makes a huge difference in any belly fat loss program that you’re on, but not just how much food you eat. For example, some fats are really healthy for you such as cold pressed vegetable oils and extra virgin coconut oil, while other oils such as hydrogenated oils and other much processed oils are bad for your health and bad for losing belly fat.
Here’s a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips
and showed me what I was doing wrong before…

Good luck to you!

I am 16, 118 lbs, and obviously a girl. I am also 5′ 6” if that helps. I wanna lose about 5-6 lbs in total of fat around my stomach and love handles. My mom told me to just exercise and do sit-ups, but is there any easier way? Also what should I do for my love handles? I just want some what of a good bathing suit body.
You don’t need too lose any weight. You are already underweight for your height. A good weight for you would be around 130 pounds.
