love handles?

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009

im not making excuses for the fact that i do have excess fat that needs to go, but my love handles sticl out so much, like 3 inches out to the side on each side. there is a small amount of fat on them, but my gut doesnt really stick out. when i touch the love handle immediatly i feel the bone about 1cm deep. i also find it very uncomfotable to lie on the floor on my sides. its around the pelvic girdle area
im male and im 16

Some boys are just built that way.

What are the best exercises to remove fat around waist and tone your abs?

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009

I am 21 and have skinny arms and legs, but there is some fat around my waist. What are the best exercises for getting rid of that fat and toning my abs?

I have tried several ab exercises, but they always tend to have a big impact on my lower back. Any recommendations? Thanks.
Also, currently I am taking protein and creatine to build muscle. I’m not sure if that changes any of the recommendation, but I thought I would through that in there.

There is a minimal amount of fat around my waist, but it’s just the type that won’t seem to go away.

diet and exercise. Up your cardio to sculpt and tone your muscles (running is especially great and it will give you a total body work out) and the cardio will help you loose your waist bulge. In addition increase your protein intake (fish, red meat and protein shakes) so that you will build the muscle that is under your ‘fat’.

Good luck.

PS- Don’t forget to drink lots of water to flush your system but watch your salt or you will retain water weight. Fibre is good to keep you regular.

Workout Question Help Please?

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009

Ok. I have dumbells and a bench. And I found this workout routine on the net, and it isolates different parts of the body each day. Is that good instead of just doing one complete workout on different parts of the body each day the whole week? And also what time of the day is good to workout? There are seven bodypart workouts should i do one each day?
Pectorals
Shoulders
Arms
Abdominals
Back
Legs
Buttocks

You will definately need to be combining these into catagories and doing each group on designated days. One muscle group still requires another one to work, meaning you can’t just do one all by itself. For instance, doing a bench press targets your pectoral muscles, but also puts great stress on your triceps and shoulders.

Usually, it is smart to work your CHEST, SHOULDERS, and TRICEPS on one day. For instance, lets say on Monday you to do overhead presses with a dumbbels to workout your shoulders. Then, on tuesday, you try to workout your triceps, but you realize they feel weak and sore. Why? Becaues when you were doing dumbell presses, your triceps were also being worked in extending your arm over your head.

The back and biceps are often worked together too, so keep that in mind.

Legs and Buttocks should probably be combined too.

How to get fast six pack abs in a month?

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009

I want to get a six pack, and fast I dont care how painful it will be lol, I just need it fast. Anyways? I have a gut sticking out alittle, and I want it out. Any sudgestions?

Believe it or not running will really help you with a six pack. If you are out of shape i would recommend trying to get back into shape, be able to run at least a mile in under 8 minutes. Also, sprinting will help, along with six inches. Six inches is simply when u lay on your back and hold your feet six inches off the ground (it doesnt have to be exact) but try to do that for about a minute. Really what im trying to get at is your not going to be able to JUST get a six pack you going to have to get your whole body in shape. I would google "core exorcises".

hope this helps

BIG HINT- dont stop eating- very bad. Eat when you’re hungry stop when you’re full, stay away from fast food, salty sweet food and NO alcohol. Alcohol’s a biggie that will screw you over by itself.

How do i get a flat stomach and then possibly a six pack without lifting weights?

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009

I am 13 years old and i weigh 47kg and I am about 150cm tall and I would like to know how to get a flat stomach and then a six pack without lifting weights?

Crunches, sit ups, high protein low fat diet and lots of cardio to burn off that fat layer thats covering your abs.

Everyone has a six pack, its just covered by fat. Start running, bike riding etc, and do sit ups/crunches everday and you will see results.

Cold Steel Ti-Lite (Zytel Handle)

Ti-Lite – 4″, Zytel Handle Manufacture ID: 26SP A custom quality folding knife, especially one that’s manufactured with a Titanium handle and a Titanium leaf spring lock is undeniably strong, lightweight, and beautiful to look at, but it’s also quite expensive.
